It contains iron and three important antioxidants (vitamins C, E and beta-carotene). Iron is important for the production of blood cells and red blood pigment – hemoglobin. It ensures the oxygenation of the organism and thus its resistance and performance. Vitamin C plays an important role in the absorption of iron, whose properties (as well as the properties of vitamin E and beta carotene) are related to the proper functioning of the immune system.

Il assure l’oxygénation de l’organisme et donc sa résistance et ses performances. La vitamine C joue un rôle important dans l’absorption du fer, dont les propriétés (ainsi que les propriétés de la vitamine E et du bêta-carotène) sont liées au bon fonctionnement du système immunitaire.

Ten zajišťuje okysličování organizmu a tím i jeho odolnost a výkonnost. Významnou roli při vstřebávání železa má vitamin C, jehož vlastnosti (stejně jako vlastnosti vitamínu E a beta karotenu) souvisejí se správnou funkcí imunitního systému.
