Active ingredients in 1 tablet and%: vitamin D3 1 μg (20%), vitamin E 2.4 mg (20%), vitamin C 16 mg (20%), vitamin B3 3.2 mg (20%), vitamin B6 0.28 mg (20%), folic acid 40 μg (20%), vitamin B12 0.5 μg (20%), biotin 10 μg (20%), pantothenic acid 1.2 mg (20%)

Dosage recommendations: children from 3 years 2 tablets, adults max. 10 tablets a day. Dissolve in mouth. Not intended for children under 3 years.
