The daily dose (2 tablets) contains: folic acid (folic acid) 800 mcg (400% *), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 4 mg (286% *), inulin 464 mg.

When to use
3 months before the planned pregnancy, during pregnancy (for a healthy course), during morning sickness during pregnancy and after childbirth and during breastfeeding.

Recommended dosage
