Efferalgan effervescent tablets are an analgesic and antipyretic medicine. The drug can be administered to treat the symptoms of colds and flu-related conditions, as well as fever and pains of various origins, e.g. toothache, headache, menstrual pain, neuralgia.
The active substance is paracetamol.
1 effervescent tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol.
Excipients: citric acid anhydrous, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate anhydrous, sorbitol, sodium docusate, povidone, sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
The drug is administered orally after dissolving the tablet in a glass of water. Do not chew or swallow the undissolved tablet. Regular use of this medicine helps to prevent periodic worsening of pain or fever. In children, the dosing interval should be kept at regular intervals both during the day and at night, and in adults, the dosing interval must not be less than 4 hours. The dosage of Efferalgan depends on the patient’s body weight.

Substancje pomocnicze: kwas cytrynowy bezwodny, sodu wodorowęglan, sodu węglan bezwodny, sorbitol, sodu dokuzynian, powidon, sodu sacharynian, sodu benzoesan.
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Lek podaje się doustnie, po rozpuszczeniu tabletki w szklance wody. Nie żuć ani połykać nierozpuszczonej tabletki. Regularne stosowanie leku pozwala zapobiec okresowym nasileniom bólu lub gorączki. U dzieci należy zachować regularny odstęp w podawaniu dawek zarówno w dzień, jak i w nocy, a w przypadku dorosłych odstęp pomiędzy dawkami nie może być krótszy niż 4 godziny. Dawkowanie Efferalganu zależy od masy ciała pacjenta.
