Application
After opening the packaging (“Open here”), remove the warmer, peel off the protective film and stick the warmer with the adhesive side to the layer of clothing closest to the body. Do not stick directly to the skin. The contents of the warmer react with oxygen, so it takes a few minutes for it to develop heat. Dispose of in the trash after one use and after it has cooled down. See the edge of the packaging for the shelf life. Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not stick directly on the skin. Maximum heat of 65°C can be perceived as hot and, if used excessively, can lead to localized burns and skin irritation, especially on uncovered skin or when there is an increased supply of oxygen. Not suitable for medical use; do not use on swollen, injured, frozen or sensitive skin. Do not use on children under 6 years of age or while sleeping. The warmer cannot be warmed up and reused. If skin reactions, burns or swelling occur, or if the heat is uncomfortable, remove the warmer. Do not pierce or cut the warmer and do not allow the contents (powder) to come into contact with eyes, mouth or uncovered skin. If the powder is swallowed or inhaled, irritation of the respiratory system and skin is possible. Consult a doctor if necessary.
