Use

Clean the wound of mechanical impurities, then apply a rinsing solution, preferably DebriEcaSan Alfa solution, to the base of the wound. Then apply the gel from the original packaging directly to the defect so that it copies its edges. It is then advisable to coat them with protective paste. The area around the wound should be treated with medical Vaseline or unscented cream. It is best to cover the wound with a polyethylene grid or sterile squares of fatty tulle. It is recommended to apply an absorbent (absorbent) cover with an impermeable foil to the wound treated in this way and fix it with a bandage.

Dosage

The gel can be left for 24-48 hours, depending on the nature of the defect. For diabetic ulcers it is advisable to change once a day, for shin ulcers once every 2 days. If a bandage is recommended (eg for shin ulcers), then it is possible to apply it and leave it until the next day.

Užití

Očistěte ránu od mechanických nečistot, poté na spodinu rány aplikujte oplachový roztok, nejlépe roztok DebriEcaSan Alfa. Následně aplikujte gel z originálního balení přímo na defekt, tak aby kopíroval jeho okraje. Ty je pak vhodné potřít ochranou pastou. Okolí rány je vhodné ošetřovat lékařskou vazelínou či neparfémovaným krémem. Ránu kryjte nejlépe polyetylenovou mřížkou, nebo sterilními čtverci mastného tylu. Na takto ošetřenou ránu se doporučuje přiložit absorbční (savé) krytí s nepropustnou fólií a fixovat obinadlem.

Dávkování

Gel lze ponechat 24-48 hodin, podle charakteru defektu. U diabetických vředů je vhodné měnit 1x denně, u bércových vředů 1x za 2 dny. Pokud je doporučována bandáž (např. u bércových vředů), pak je možné ji přiložit a ponechat do druhého dne.
