Instructions for Use
Clean the wound of mechanical impurities, then disinfect the base preferably with DebriEcaSan disinfectant solution. Then apply the gel from the original package directly to the base of the wound so that it copies its edges. It is then advisable to coat them with a protective paste. The area around the wound should be treated with medical Vaseline or unscented cream. It is best to cover the wound with a polyethylene grid or sterile squares of fatty tulle. It is recommended to apply an absorbent (absorbent) cover with an impermeable foil to the wound treated in this way and fix it with a bandage. The gel can be left for 24 – 48 hours, depending on the nature of the defect. For diabetic ulcers we recommend changing once a day, for shin ulcers once every 2 days. If a bandage is recommended (eg for shin ulcers) then it is possible to apply it and leave it until the next day.

Do not use concomitantly with local ATBs in collagen carriers (Garamycin, Collatamp). The local effects of ATB may be reduced. No other contraindications were identified.

DebriEcaSan aquagel creates the conditions for healing by shifting the basic reaction of the base to acidic, thus eliminating microbial colonization, accelerating the apoptosis of damaged cells and thus creating ideal conditions for physiologically programmed tissue healing. The advantage here is a very effective support of the development of granulations with subsequent reepithelialization. This mechanism reduces the extent of damage very quickly with the subsequent formation of a new skin cover.

Návod na použití
Očistěte ránu od mechanických nečistot, poté spodinu dezinfikujte nejlépe dezinfekčním roztokem DebriEcaSan. Poté aplikujte gel z originálního balení přímo na spodinu rány, tak aby kopíroval její okraje. Ty pak je vhodné potřít ochrannou pastou. Okolí rány je vhodné ošetřovat lékařskou vazelínou či neparfémovaným krémem. Ránu kryjte nejlépe polyetylenovou mřížkou, či sterilními čtverci mastného tylu. Na takto ošetřenou ránu se doporučuje přiložit absorpční (savé) krytí s nepropustnou fólií a fixovat obinadlem. Gel lze ponechat 24 – 48 hodin, podle charakteru defektu. U diabetických ulcerací doporučujeme měnit 1x denně, u bércových vředů 1x za 2 dny. Pokud je doporučována bandáž (např. u bércových vředů) pak je možné jí přiložit a ponechat do druhého dne.

Nepoužívat současně s lokálními ATB v kolagenových nosičích (Garamycin, Collatamp). Může dojít ke snížení lokálních účinků ATB. Jiné kontraindikace nebyly zjištěny.

DebriEcaSan aquagel vytváří podmínky pro hojení tím, že posunuje zásaditou reakci spodiny ke kyselé, čímž eliminuje mikrobiálního osídlení, urychluje apoptózu poškozených buněk a vytváří tak ideální podmínky pro fyziologicky naprogramované hojení tkáni. Předností je zde velmi efektivní podpora vývoje granulací s následnou reepitelizací. Tímto mechanismem dochází k velmi rychlému zmenšování rozsahu poškození s následnou tvorbou nového kožního krytu.
