Cupcakes are a great opportunity to think on a smaller scale of many regional recipes that are appreciated around the world: coffee cupcakes with mascarpone are inspired by tiramisu, alla caprese cupcakes or variations on British trifles, salty for example with basil and pine nuts have the aroma and taste of the famous Genoese pesta.
