indication
This cream is an antifungal cream (antifungal agent) for use on the skin and on the skin of the external female genital area.
The medicine is used for fungal infections (mycoses) of the skin and the external female genital area (candida vulvitis).
Contraindication
The drug must not be used
if you are allergic to clotrimazole or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
during breastfeeding in the chest area.
Dosage of CANIFUG CREAM
Always use this medicine exactly as described or exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The cream is applied thinly to the diseased skin 2 to 3 times a day.
For an area about the size of the palm of your hand, an approx. 0.5 cm long strand of cream is usually sufficient.
Duration of application
The duration of treatment varies and depends, among other things, on the extent and location of the disease (see below). However, if there is no improvement in symptoms within 3 days, contact your doctor.
In order to achieve complete healing, the treatment should not be stopped after the acute inflammatory symptoms or subjective complaints have subsided, but should be continued for about 2 weeks.
For fungal infections of the skin
The average duration of treatment is 2-4 weeks.
For fungal infections in the external genital area of ​​women:
The average duration of treatment is 1 to 2 weeks.
If you use more than you should
When using a larger amount of the cream, no side effects are to be expected.
Next time, continue treatment with the normal amount.
If you forget to use it
Do not use double the amount to make up for a forgotten application.
For the next use, continue the treatment with the usual amount.
If you cancel the application
Discuss the further course of action with your doctor or pharmacist, otherwise the success of the treatment may be jeopardized.

Indikation
Diese Creme ist eine gegen Pilze wirkende Creme (Antimykotikum) zur Anwendung auf der Haut und zur Anwendung auf der Haut des äußeren weiblichen Genitalbereichs.
Das Arzneimittel wird angewendet bei Pilzinfektionen (Mykosen) der Haut sowie des äußeren weiblichen Genitalbereichs (Candida-Vulvitis).
Kontraindikation
Das Arzneimittel darf nicht angewendet werden,
wenn Sie allergisch gegen Clotrimazol oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile dieses Arzneimittels sind
während der Stillzeit im Brustbereich.
Dosierung von CANIFUG-CREME
Wenden Sie dieses Arzneimittel immer genau wie beschrieben bzw. genau nach der mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker getroffenen Absprache an. Fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker nach, wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind.
Die Creme wird 2- bis 3-mal täglich dünn auf die erkrankte Haut aufgetragen.
Für eine etwa handtellergroße Fläche reicht meist ein ca. 0,5 cm langer Cremestrang.
Dauer der Anwendung
Die Behandlungsdauer ist unterschiedlich und hängt u.a. vom Ausmaß und dem Ort der Erkrankung ab (s.u.). Sollte jedoch innerhalb von 3 Tagen keine Besserung der Symptome eintreten, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt.
Um eine komplette Ausheilung zu erreichen, sollte die Behandlung nach dem Abklingen der akuten entzündlichen Symptome oder subjektiven Beschwerden nicht abgebrochen werden, sondern noch für ca. 2 Wochen weiter fortgeführt werden.
Bei Pilzinfektionen der Haut
Die durchschnittliche Behandlungsdauer beträgt 2 – 4 Wochen.
Bei Pilzinfektionen im äußeren Genitalbereich der Frau:
Die durchschnittliche Behandlungsdauer beträgt 1 – 2 Wochen.
Wenn Sie eine größere Menge angewendet haben, als Sie sollten
Bei Anwendung einer größeren Menge der Creme sind keine Nebenwirkungen zu erwarten.
Setzen Sie die Behandlung beim nächsten Mal mit der normalen Menge fort.
Wenn Sie die Anwendung vergessen haben
Wenden Sie nicht die doppelte Menge an, wenn Sie die vorherige Anwendung vergessen haben.
Setzen Sie die Behandlung bei der nächsten Anwendung mit der üblichen Menge fort.
Wenn Sie die Anwendung abbrechen
Besprechen Sie die weitere Vorgehensweise mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker, da der Behandlungserfolg sonst möglicherweise gefährdet ist.
