Dosage and method of use
Adults and children from 12 years of age take 1 capsule per day. The capsules are taken whole during a meal.

Ingredients
The product contains palm oil, gelatin, coenzyme Q10, glycerol (E 422), vitamin C, ammonia caramel (E 150c), purified water, silica (E 551) and titanium dioxide (E 171).
