Each capsule contains
2 billion live microorganisms (2 × 109 CFU / capsule, CFU = Colony Forming Units), which is equivalent to 10 billion live microorganisms per gram (1 × 1010 CFU / gram). This amount is guaranteed at the end of the expiration date.

1-2 capsules once or twice a day, preferably with food. If you take 2 or more capsules, you can divide the dose so that you take the capsules, for example, with breakfast and lunch or dinner.

Recommended use
Take 4 capsules a day, ideally between taking antibiotics. Continue to take at least 2 weeks after completing the antibiotic treatment.

For travelers – 2 weeks before the trip according to the above dosage. During the trip 4 capsules a day. Continue to take at least 2 weeks after returning from the trip.

Children under 12 years – half adult dose.
