Bergamot essential oil (FCF) 10ml

Bergamot essential oil, effects:
it is antiseptic and spasmolytic (relieves cramps), it is also antidepressant
cleans the air in smoky rooms mixed with myrrh and lemon
relieves mental and physical fatigue, helps with depression
Use: in aroma lamps, on a pillow, in water in the bath, on bedding or massage into the skin of the feet, use with a doctor, it is not recommended for use during pregnancy

Bergamot can be combined with damask rose, myrrh, juniper and lemon
in the production of own products (soaps, massage oils, scented candles and waxes)
You can also drip Bergamot essential oil into the water while mopping the floor
Warning: avoid contact of the oil with the eyes and sensitive parts of the body, keep out of reach of children, increases the sensitivity of the skin during external use

Application: before use, shake the oil bottle, pour a little water and 2-4 drops of essential oil (scented wax or gel) into the evaporating dish of the aroma lamp, and then light a tea candle and let the contents evaporate.

Recommendation: Do not combine several scents at the same time and if the oil in the lamp dries, wash thoroughly with soap or baking soda before using the aroma lamp again.

Bergamot se dá kombinovat s damascénskou růží, myrhou, jalovcem a citronem
při výrobě vlastních produktů (mýdel, masážních olejů, vonných svíček a vosků)
vonný olej Bergamot můžete také nakapat do vody při vytírání podlahy
Upozornění: zabraňte kontaktu oleje s očima a citlivými částmi těla, udržujte mimo dosah dětí, zvyšuje senzitivitu pokožky při vnější použití

Aplikace: před použití lahvičku s olejem protřepejte, do odpařovací misky aromalampy nalijte trochu vody a 2–4 kapky esenciálního oleje (vonný vosk nebo gel) a následně zapálíme čajovou svíčku a necháme obsah odpařovat.

Doporučení: Nekombinujte několik vůní současně a pokud olej v lampě zaschne, před dalším použitím aromalampu důkladně umyjte mýdlem nebo jedlou sodou.
