Dosage

Mix 1 / 2-1 teaspoon in a cup (100-250 ml) of hot or cold water or weak tea. We do not recommend using mineral or sparkling water. Serve 1-3 times a day.

For short-term intensive use, mix 1-1 and 1/2 tablespoons in 400-600 ml of drink 3-4 times a day for 4, maximum 7 days.
