CONTRAINDICATIONS
ASPIRIN effervescent granulate with vitamin C is contraindicated for: – hypersensitivity to active substances (acetylsalicylic acid and ascorbic acid), other analgesics (pain relievers) / antipyretics (antifebbrili) / non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or any of the excipients; – gastroduodenal ulcer; – hemorrhagic diathesis; – renal failure, heart or hepatic severe – deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD / favista); – concomitant treatment with methotrexate (at a dose of 15 mg / week or more) or with warfarin (see paragraph 4.5); – medical history, asthma caused by the intake of salicylates or substances of a similar event, in particular nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; – the last trimester of pregnancy and lactation (see paragraph 4.6); – children and adolescents under the age of 16
CONTROINDICAZIONI
L’ASPIRINA granulato effervescente con vitamina C è controindicato in: – ipersensibilità a principi attivi (acido acetilsalicilico e acido ascorbico), altri analgesici (analgesici) / antipiretici (antifebbrili) / farmaci antinfiammatori non steroidei (FANS) o uno qualsiasi degli eccipienti; – ulcera gastroduodenale; – diatesi emorragica; – insufficienza renale, cuore o epatica grave – carenza di glucosio-6-fosfato deidrogenasi (G6PD / favista); – trattamento concomitante con metotrexato (alla dose di 15 mg / settimana o più) o con warfarin (vedere paragrafo 4.5); – anamnesi, asma causato dall’assunzione di salicilati o sostanze di un evento simile, in particolare farmaci antinfiammatori non steroidei; – l’ultimo trimestre di gravidanza e allattamento (vedere paragrafo 4.6); – bambini e adolescenti di età inferiore ai 16 anni
