Applications
Thioctic acid, the active ingredient of the drug, is a substance formed in higher organisms during the body’s own metabolism, which affects certain metabolic functions of the body. In addition, thioctic acid has protective (antioxidant) properties that protect nerve cells from reactive decay products.
The drug is used for paresthesia in diabetic nerve damage (polyneuropathy)

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the usual dose is:
Unless otherwise prescribed, the daily dose is 1 soft capsule (equivalent to 600 mg thioctic acid), which should be taken once approximately 30 minutes before the first meal.
Since diabetic nerve damage is a chronic disease, you may need to take the capsules continuously.

The capsules should not be taken.
