A natural sweetener based on fructose obtained from agave cactus, has a lower viscosity than honey and is easily soluble. This agave syrup is of the Amber class, has a dark brown amber color and a pleasant sweet taste. Agave syrup contains mainly fructose (inulin or fructosan) and glucose.
