BIO agar Healthy Day Powder is an excellent alternative to gelatin. Natural gelatin powder agar (also agar agar) is made from seaweed that has grown in the clean environment of the cold waters of the French coast. The agar is tasteless and odorless.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Use: herbal substitute of gelatin for cakes, cups, aspics, jam. Dissolve the powder in cold water and then bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes. Then allow the mixture to cool.

Použití: rostlinná náhrada želatiny pro dorty, poháry, aspiky, džem. Prášek rozpusťte ve studené vodě a pak přiveďte k varu po dobu 1-2 minuty. Směs pak nechte vychladit.
