ACICLOVIR EG cream is indicated for the treatment of Herpes Simplex skin infections such as: primary or recurrent Herpes genitalis and Herpes labialis.
Dosage
ACICLOVIR EG CREAM should be applied 5 times a day at intervals of approximately 4 hours. ACICLOVIR EG cream should be applied to the lesions, or areas where they are developing, as soon as possible, preferably during the earliest stages (prodrome or erythema). Treatment can also be started during the later stages (papules or vesicles). Treatment must continue for at least 4 days for herpes labialis and for 5 days for herpes genitalis. If there is no healing, treatment can continue for up to 10 days.

Posologia
ACICLOVIR EG CREMA deve esser applicato 5 volte al giorno ad intervalli di circa 4 ore. ACICLOVIR EG crema deve essere applicato sulle lesioni, o sulle zone dove queste stanno sviluppandosi, il piu presto possibile preferibilmente durante le fasi piu precoci (prodromi o eritema). Il trattamento puo anche essere iniziato durante le fasi piu tardive (papule o vescicole). Il trattamento deve continuare per almeno 4 giorni per l’herpes labialis e per 5 giorni per l’herpes genitalis. Se non si e avuta guarigione, il trattamento puo continuare fino ad un massimo di 10 giorni.
