The active substance of the drug is levocetirizine in the form of dihydrochloride, which has an antiallergic effect: it suppresses skin reactions, including rash, urticaria, reduces the permeability of mucous membranes, including the nasal mucosa. The drug penetrates the central nervous system to a small extent and usually does not have a sedative effect and does not cause drowsiness, so it is classified as a second-generation antihistamine. It is used to treat both chronic and seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic idiopathic urticaria. Levocetirizine improves the quality of life of people suffering from year-round allergic rhinitis.
Dosage
Adults and children from 6 years old: 1 tablet (5 mg) per day.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
The drug can be taken regardless of meals.
Do not take a double dose of the drug to make up for a missed dose. If there is no improvement or the patient’s condition worsens after 3 days from the start of taking the drug, you should consult a doctor. The drug should not be used for more than 10 days without consulting a doctor. In patients with liver failure, a dose reduction is usually not required. Дозировка
Взрослые и дети от 6 лет: по 1 таблетке (5 мг) в день.
Проглотите таблетку целиком, запивая водой.
Препарат можно принимать независимо от приема пищи.

Dosage
Adultes et enfants de plus de 6 ans : 1 comprimé (5 mg) par jour.
