DAOSIN ^® – SIMPLY EAT EVERYTHING

Many people avoid foods they would like to eat out of fear of the consequences. The reason: their body cannot properly break down the histamine contained in these foods. Chocolate, mature cheese, tomatoes and even red wine are therefore taboo.

The body’s own enzyme diamine oxidase – DAO for short – normally breaks down the histamine absorbed through food. In some people, the body’s own enzyme is not sufficient to break down this histamine. This leads to a rising histamine level in the intestine.
