Oral intake (directly on the tongue), only one sachet per day, preferably in the evening.
If desired, the contents of the sachet can be mixed with water or milk.
When combined with antibiotics, the intake should be delayed from the intake of the antibiotics, but starting with the antibiotic therapy.
