Foodstuff Debutir capsules contain sodium butyric acid (sodium butyrate) in the form of microgranules. Butyric acid is an important source of energy for the intestinal epithelium and allows the intestines to function properly. Microgranulation ensures better distribution of sodium butyrate in the gastrointestinal tract, it allows the release of butyric acid only in the small and large intestine. The composition of the microgranule is selected so that the sodium butyrate release process takes place along the entire length of the small and large intestine.
