The drug is applied
– in the case of excessive gas formation and gas accumulation in the gastrointestinal area.
– in the case of functional complaints in the gastrointestinal area such as a feeling of fullness, premature feeling of satiety, flatulence, belching, meteorism (intestinal rumbling, loss of intestinal gases).
– with increased gas formation after operations.
– for the preparation of diagnostic examinations in the abdominal area to reduce gas shadows (sonography, x-ray).
Contraindications and Precautions
The drug must not be taken
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to simethicone, peppermint oil or any of the other ingredients of the medication.
Special care is required when taking the drug
In the event of new and / or prolonged abdominal complaints, you should consult a doctor so that the cause of the complaints and any underlying disease that may require treatment can be identified. Important information about certain ingredients: This medicine contains sucrose and glucose. Therefore, please only take Lefax after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from a sugar intolerance. 1 chewable tablet contains 0.3 g glucose and 0.25 g sucrose (sugar) corresponding to approx. 0.05 bread units (BU). If you are on a diabetic diet, this should be taken into account. The drug can be harmful to teeth (tooth decay).
Anwendungsgebiete
Das Medikament wird angewendet
– bei uberma?iger Gasbildung und Gasansammlung im Magen-Darm-Bereich.
– bei funktionellen Beschwerden im Magen-Darm-Bereich wie Vollegefuhl, vorzeitiges Sattigungsgefuhl, Blahungen, Aufsto?en, Meteorismus (Darmkollern, Abgang von Darmgasen).
– bei verstarkter Gasbildung nach Operationen.
– zur Vorbereitung diagnostischer Untersuchungen im Bauchbereich zur Reduzierung von Gasschatten (Sonografie, Rontgen).
Gegenanzeigen und Vorsichtsma?nahmen
Das Medikament darf nicht eingenommen werden,
wenn Sie uberempfindlich (allergisch) gegenuber Simeticon, Pfefferminzol oder einem anderen der sonstigen Bestandteile des Medikaments sind.
Besondere Vorsicht bei der Einnahme des Medikaments ist erforderlich
Bei neu auftretenden und/oder langer anhaltenden Bauchbeschwerden sollten Sie einen Arzt aufsuchen, damit die Ursache der Beschwerden und eine unter Umstanden zugrunde liegende, behandlungsbedurftige Erkrankung erkannt werden kann. Wichtige Informationen uber bestimmte Bestandteile: Dieses Arzneimittel enthalt Sucrose und Glucose. Bitte nehmen Sie Lefax daher erst nach Rucksprache mit Ihrem Arzt ein, wenn Ihnen bekannt ist, dass Sie unter einer Zuckerunvertraglichkeit leiden. 1 Kautablette enthalt 0,3 g Glucose und 0,25 g Sucrose (Zucker) entsprechend ca. 0,05 Broteinheiten (BE). Wenn Sie eine Diabetes-Diat einhalten mussen, sollten Sie dies berucksichtigen. Das Medikament kann schadlich fur die Zahne sein (Karies).
