Thiamin (Vitamin B-1) (thiamine hydrochloride) – 100mg

RECOMMENDED USE One capsule a day with water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
