Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule 1-3 times a day. After three weeks of use, there is a 1-week break.
It is recommended that fluid intake be increased while taking the product.

Composition in 1 capsule: sea fish oil Engraulis japonicus (500 mg in one capsule) [containing eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) – min. 38%, ie 190 mg and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – min. 25%, ie 125 mg], gelatin capsule, glycerol moisturizer, water, vitamin E (2.5 mg per capsule, ie 20.8% RHP *).
