The massage roller with vibration has a diameter of 15 cm and a width of 45 cm allows, for example, massage of both feet at the same time. Thanks to the original design of the massage grooves, the roll on the roller is completely smooth even when the highest level of vibration is switched on. The vibrating massage roller has 4 levels of intensity and thus the usability is really maximum.

Degrees of vibration intensity
Level 1 (low battery consumption) is 2000 rpm.
Level 2 (average battery consumption) is 2700 rpm.
Level 3 (Rhythm & Power mode) is 2000 – 2700 – 2000 rpm.
Level 4 (high battery consumption) is 3700 rpm.

Using a massage roller
Effective exercise should take place by turning on the vibrating massage device and focusing on the individual parts for 30 – 60 seconds.
The breath should be calm. The car massage should last for a maximum of 10 minutes, after which the device switches itself off automatically.
The vibrating massage roller can be used in fitness and rehabilitation centers or in the comfort of home. The package also includes a manual with basic instructions for use.
