Superpep® Reise Kaugummi-Dragées 20 mg werden wie ein normales Kaugummi gekaut. Das erste Kaugummi-Dragée etwa 1 Stunde vor Reiseantritt anwenden, weitere Dragées können bei Bedarf im Abstand von jeweils einer halben Stunde angewendet werden. Kaugummi jeweils 30 Minuten lang kräftig kauen und Kaumasse aus dem Mund entfernen.
