Holistic StressBalans is a dietary supplement in the form of a liquid herbal extract:

The content of herbs per 1 ml: Glycyrrhiza glabra radix (licorice root) 300 mg; Withania somnifera radix (root greeted sluggish – Ashwagandha) 200 mg; Eleutherococcus senticosus radix (root of eleutherococcus spiny – Siberian ginseng) 200 mg; Schisandra chinesis fructus 150 mg; Rhodolia roseaus radix (Rhodiola rosea root) 150 mg

The daily dose contains the equivalent: from 600 mg to 2400 mg of licorice root; from 400 mg to 1600 mg of the root welcomed lethargic; from 400 mg to 1600 mg of Eleutherococcus root; 300 mg to 1200 mg of Schisandra fruit; 300 mg to 1200 mg of Rhodiola Rosea root

Directions for use for adults: add 1-2 ml to a glass of water, consume 2-4 times a day. Shake well before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do not use in case of hypertension and together with diuretics lowering the level of potassium and cardiac glycosides. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
