What Strepfen is and what it is used for
Strepfen relieves the pain and swelling in the throat that accompanies inflammatory and infectious diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx of bacterial or viral origin.
In colds, Strepfen relieves sore throat, especially associated with painful swallowing, and soothes inflammatory swelling of the throat.
Strepfen is also used as a supportive treatment in the treatment of sore throat and pharyngitis.
The lozenges dissolve rapidly in the oral cavity (within 5 to 10 minutes) and have a calming effect 2 minutes after the use of the lozenge, which is given by the dosage form of the lozenge.
The onset of action, manifested as relief of pain and reduction of swelling in the throat, should occur within 22 minutes after use of the lozenge and should persist for 4 to 6 hours.
Strepfen contains flurbiprofen, which belongs to a group of substances known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These substances help reduce inflammation (swelling), pain and reduce fever.

Pastilky se rychle rozpousteji v dutine ustni (behem 5 az 10 minut) a vykazuji uklidnujici efekt po 2 minutach od pouziti pastilky, ktery je dan lekovou formou pastilky.
Nastup ucinku, projevujici se jako utlum bolesti a zmenseni otoku v krku, by se mel dostavit behem 22 minut po pouziti pastilky a mel by pretrvavat po dobu 4 az 6 hodin.
Strepfen obsahuje flurbiprofen, ktery patri do skupiny latek znamych jako nesteroidni protizanetliva leciva (NSAID). Tyto latky pomahaji tlumit zanet (otok), bolest a snizuji zvysenou teplotu.
