Stopussin reduces irritation when coughing and changes the composition of bronchial mucus, making coughing easier. It is used to treat dry, irritating and difficult to control coughs in viral infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract, inflammation of the larynx, bronchi and lungs. On the recommendation of a doctor, Stoptussin can also be used to relieve coughs before and after surgery, with asthma, tuberculosis and with pulmonary pollination.
Dosage form
Transparent viscous liquid from yellow to yellow-brown color with a sweet and slightly bitter taste – for oral administration.
Stopussin snižuje podráždění při kašli a mění složení bronchiálního hlenu, což usnadňuje kašel. Používá se k léčbě suchého, dráždivého a obtížně potlačitelného kašle při virových infekcích horních a dolních dýchacích cest, zánětech hrtanu, průdušek a plic. Na doporučení lékaře lze přípravek Stoptussin použít také k úlevě od kašle před a po operaci, při astmatu, tuberkulóze a opylování plic.
Dávková forma
Průhledná viskózní kapalina od žluté do žlutohnědé barvy se sladkou a mírně hořkou chutí – pro orální podání.
