Shii Take mushrooms, Czech edible tenacious , contains a high proportion of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Dosage
The recommended daily dosage is 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days break or 3 weeks and 1 week break.
We recommend taking it 20 minutes before meals.

Shiitake fruit extract (Lentinus edodes) in gelatin capsules.
