Dosage and Posology
Seki Tablets should be taken in the following doses and methods. In adults, take 2 tablets in the evening at bedtime; 1 tablet in the morning, 1 tablet in the afternoon, preferably between meals.
Overdose
No cases of savdose have been reported in adults treated with Seki. A case of overdose has been reported in a child who took a dose of 40 ml of Seki syrup. No associated adverse reactions were reported. The patient was treated with two tablespoons of activated charcoal.
Gastric lavage is useful if performed within a short time of ingesting the drug. The patient must be kept calm to minimize any signs of central overexcitation: in this case the use of benzodiazepines can be useful.

Dosaggio e Posologia
Seki Compresse va assunta nelle seguenti dosi e modalità. Negli adulti assumere 2 compresse la sera al momento di coricarsi; 1 compressa al mattino, 1 compressa il pomeriggio, preferibilmente fra i pasti.
Sovradosaggio
Nessun caso di savradosaggio è stato riportato in adulti trattati con Seki. E’ stato riportato un caso di sovradosaggio in un bambino che ha assunto una dose di 40 ml di Seki sciroppo. Non sono state riportate reazioni avverse associate. Il paziente è stato trattato con due cucchiai di carbone attivo.
Il lavaggio gastrico è utile se praticato entro breve tempo dall’ingestione del farmaco. Il paziente deve essere mantenuto tranquillo per ridurre al minimo ogni segno di sovreccitazione centrale: in questo caso l’impiego di benzodiazepine può essere utile.
