Sea buckthorn
The plant of the future, or the lemon tree of the north, is sometimes called sea buckthorn because it naturally contains a high proportion of vitamin C , up to 25 times more than citrus fruits. The whole sea buckthorn plant is exceptional in its content of a wide range of biologically active substances. Sea buckthorn berries – orange berries, sour taste, contain provitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, K1 and F. Flavonoids are also an active ingredient. In addition, it is a natural source of carotenoids, richer than some of the richest sources – carrots or gourds.

Recommended dosage
