YaoMedica alcohol tinctures are based on Chinese herbs and mushrooms. To achieve maximum efficiency, we use only the highest quality raw material. First we grind herbs or mushrooms into a very fine powder on a special machine, then we macerate them in 50% alcohol for up to one month. We dynamize the macerate every day and do not dilute the finished tinctures in any way. Which is very important.

The mechanism of release of active substances during maceration in 50% alcohol is much more intense in comparison with herbal decoctions or hot water extracts. When using tinctures, the active substances are released already in the oral cavity, which contributes to higher efficiency.

Dosage:

It is a good idea to shake the tincture before use. Slight turbidity is normal.
daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts – morning and evening. Ie. for example, if you weigh 70 kg, you will get 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. Then the tincture will last you for about 15 days.

use tinctures on an empty stomach. The minimum interval is 30 minutes before or one hour after a meal.
The tincture can be poured with a little hot water and the alcohol will evaporate. This procedure is suitable for children or drivers.
for acute conditions, we recommend taking tinctures usually for a few days, usually until the problem is resolved
in chronic conditions it should usually be taken for several months. However, within 2-3 months, there should be minimal improvement.
