Dosage
Take 1 capsule twice a day. Drink plenty of water. In bad weather and during the flu season, take 2 capsules twice a day.

Reishi extract 10: 1,800 mg, Beta glucan 1,3 / 1,6 D 80% oat extract 200 mg. The daily dose corresponds to 8000 mg of reishi dry matter. Additives: magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), gelatin (capsule shell), titanium dioxide (dye).
