Dosage and method of use

The recommended dose is 2 capsules twice a day. Thoroughly drink at least 250 ml of water or other liquids – herbal tea, fruit juice and the like. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules. Due to the fiber content, it is necessary to follow a suitable drinking regime.
