Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is:

Adult:
5 ml 3 times a day (equivalent to 105 mg ivy leaf dry extract per day)

Children and adolescents:
Children from 6-11 years: 5 ml twice a day (equivalent to 70 mg ivy leaf dry extract per day)
Adolescents from 12 years: 3 times a day 5 ml (corresponding to 105 mg ivy leaf dry extract per day)

Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, ist die übliche Dosis:

Erwachsene:

Kinder von 6-11 Jahren: 2-mal täglich 5 ml (entsprechend 70 mg Efeublätter-Trockenextrakt pro Tag)
Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren: 3-mal täglich 5 ml (entsprechend 105 mg Efeublätter-Trockenextrakt pro Tag)
