Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is:
Adult:
5 ml 3 times a day (equivalent to 105 mg ivy leaf dry extract per day)
Children and adolescents:
Children from 6-11 years: 5 ml twice a day (equivalent to 70 mg ivy leaf dry extract per day)
Adolescents from 12 years: 3 times a day 5 ml (corresponding to 105 mg ivy leaf dry extract per day)
Use for oral use with the enclosed measuring cup (5 ml mark). Shake the bottle well before each use

Verwenden Sie zum Einnehmen mit beigefügtem Messbecher (5 ml Markierung). Die Flasche vor jedem Gebrauch gut schütteln
