Use / application / consumption recommendation:
When using for the first time, start with one capsule per day and increase within 2 weeks to a daily amount of up to 3 capsules, taken throughout the day.
If you are taking antibiotics at the same time, keep 2 hours away from taking them.

Storage conditions:
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from children!
