Each capsule contains:
DT56a-Glycine max (fermented soy extract) 322 mg Linum usitatissimum / flaxseed (Only sown / flaxseed) 108 mg Capsules (gelatin) Kosher / Halal 100 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 1 mg The ingredients used are not from genetically modified plants
Recommended dosage
Twice a day – one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening, drink with water. It can be taken with or without food.
For optimal results, it is important to follow the recommended dosage (2 tablets / day). If a dose is missed, it should be replaced with 1 tablet as soon as possible and continued regularly (no need to double the dose).
