2 cups a day
Preparation
Let one teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2 g) boil for 3-5 minutes or pour 250 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for 10 minutes
Use
Himalayan herbs are traditionally boiled for at least 3-5 minutes if we use them as a means of optimizing the body’s mental and physical functions. The decoction prepared in this way has a stronger effect, a softer taste and favorably affects our digestion, which is important for the proper absorption of beneficial extracts from Himalayan herbs. We drink teas as part of a daily drinking regime for the duration of the restoration of the desired functions of the body. In the case of cleansing herbal chicken, use tea for 1-3 months in accordance with the daily dosage indicated on the package. Leave a weekly break after consuming each pack.
We recommend using a maximum of two teas at the same time. More teas can be alternated on a daily or weekly basis if we use them to normalize common manifestations when the balance of physical or mental health is disturbed. We always drink teas separately one hour apart. If we use them only as a support or stimulant, we can only let the herbs infuse without a limited period of use. For optimal effect of herbal decoction, drink warm teas and before meals. The specific taste of each tea is part of the therapeutic effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic properties of the six flavors. Therefore, we recommend not adding any sweeteners.
