Lecithin with manganese and magnesium.
Fosfocaps contains lecithin (a source of phosphatidylcholine) and magnesium, it is enriched in manganese. It takes the form of capsules.
Manganese is part of the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Dosage: 2 capsules daily, in the morning and at noon, with food.
One capsule contains: 509.6 mg of special lecithin, 279.14 mg of vegetable oil, 175 mg of phosphatidylcholine, 45 mg of magnesium, 0.6 mg of manganese. The product is not intended for children under 3 years.
