Therapeutic indications
Paxabel 10g is administered in the symptomatic treatment of constipation in adults and children over 8 years of age. An organic disorder must be ruled out by the doctor before starting treatment.
Paxabel 10g should be considered as a temporary adjuvant treatment to be combined with a lifestyle and dietary regimen appropriate for constipation, with a maximum therapy course of 3 months in children. If symptoms persist despite associated dietary measures, pre-existing disease should be suspected and treated.
Dosage and posology
For oral use. To hire:
1-2 sachets per day, preferably taken as a single administration in the morning. Each sachet should be dissolved in a glass of water just before use.
The effect of Paxabel occurs within 24-48 hours following its administration. In children, treatment should not exceed 3 months, in the absence of clinical data on the use of the product for periods longer than 3 months. Treatment-induced intestinal motility regularization should be maintained with lifestyle and dietary measures.
The daily dose should be adjusted according to the clinical effect obtained and can vary from 1 sachet every other day (especially in children) up to 2 sachets per day.

Indicazioni terapeutiche
Paxabel 10g si somministra nel trattamento sintomatico della stipsi nell’adulto e nei bambini con età maggiore di 8 anni. Un disordine organico deve essere escluso dal medico prima di iniziare il trattamento.
Paxabel 10g deve essere considerato un trattamento adiuvante temporaneo da associare ad uno stile di vita e regime dietetico appropriati per la stipsi, con un ciclo di terapia massimo di 3 mesi nei bambini. Se la sintomatologia persiste nonostante le misure dietetiche associate, deve essere sospettata e trattata una patologia preesistente.
Dosaggio e posologia
Per uso orale. Assumere:
1-2 bustine al giorno, assunte preferibilmente in singola somministrazione al mattino. Ciascuna bustina deve essere sciolta in un bicchiere d’acqua poco prima dell’uso.
L’effetto di Paxabel si manifesta nelle 24-48 ore successive la sua somministrazione. Nei bambini il trattamento non deve superare i 3 mesi, in mancanza di dati clinici sull’uso del prodotto per periodi superiori a 3 mesi. La regolarizzazione della motilità intestinale indotta dal trattamento va mantenuta con lo stile di vita e misure dietetiche.
La dose giornaliera deve essere adattata in base all’effetto clinico ottenuto e può variare da 1 bustina a giorni alterni (specialmente nei bambini) fino a 2 bustine al giomo.
