Use / application / recommended intake:
When using for the first time, start with one capsule a day and increase to a daily amount of up to 2 capsules taken throughout the day within 2 weeks. If you are taking antibiotics at the same time, keep 2 hours away from this intake. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
