Pantoprazole Dexcel Protect 20mg, 14

The medicine contains the active substance pantoprazole, which blocks a type of pump that makes stomach acid. As a result, the amount of acid in the stomach is reduced.
It is used for the short-term treatment of symptoms of reflux (e.g. heartburn, acid regurgitation) in adults. Reflux is the reflux of stomach acid into the esophagus, which can become painfully inflamed. This can cause symptoms such as a painful burning sensation in the chest area up to the throat (heartburn) and a sour taste in the mouth (acid reflux).
Your symptoms of reflux and heartburn may be relieved after just one day of treatment with the medicine, but this medicine does not need to bring immediate relief. It may be necessary to take the tablets for 2-3 consecutive days to relieve symptoms
to take.

Das Arzneimittel enthalt den Wirkstoff Pantoprazol, der eine Art Pumpe, welche die Magensaure herstellt, blockiert. Das hat zur Folge, dass die Sauremenge im Magen reduziert wird.
Es wird angewendet zur kurzzeitigen Behandlung von Refluxsymptomen (z. B. Sodbrennen, saures Aufsto?en) bei Erwachsenen. Reflux ist der Ruckfluss von Magensaure in die Speiserohre, die sich schmerzhaft entzunden kann. Dies kann Symptome verursachen wie ein schmerzhaftes zur Kehle aufsteigendes Brennen im Brustbereich (Sodbrennen) sowie einen sauren Geschmack im Mund (Saureruckfluss).
Bereits nach einem Behandlungstag mit dem Arzneimittel konnen Ihre Symptome von Ruckfluss und Sodbrennen gelindert werden, dieses Arzneimittel muss aber keine sofortige Erleichterung bringen. Zur Linderung der Symptome kann es notig sein, die Tabletten an 2 – 3 aufeinander folgenden Tagen
einzunehmen.
Wenn Sie sich nach 2 Wochen nicht besser oder gar schlechter fuhlen, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt.
