Use / application / recommended intake:
It is best to take 1 – 2 capsules after meals or before going to bed with hot water.
Do not take more than 6 capsules a day.

Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), alantum root, cardamom, safflower flowers, pomegranate seeds, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), long pepper, separating agent (silicon dioxide).
