Orthomol Tendo with important nutrients for the connective tissue. With manganese as a contribution to the normal formation of connective tissue and copper as a contribution to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.
With collagen hydrolyzate, the enzymes bromelain and papain as well as omega-3 fatty acids.
Dosage and instructions for use:
Stir the contents of one bag (= daily portion) into 150 – 200 ml of still water or fruit juice daily and take with or after a meal together with the Omega3 fatty acid capsules.
