Täglich den Inhalt eines Fläschchens zusammen mit der Tablette und der Kapsel (= Tagesportion) zu oder nach einer Mahlzeit einnehmen. Vor Gebrauch gut schütteln. Generell empfiehlt sich die Einnahme mit einigem Zeitabstand vor oder nach der sportlichen Aktivität.
