How to use the ORSI Organic Silicon dietary supplement?
Shake well before use. Prophylactically 10 ml 3 times a day, 30 ml 3 times a day in case of deficiencies. Take undiluted 10-15 minutes before a meal, holding for about 1 minute in the mouth or diluted as a drink.
