Optinuit Flash is a food supplement that helps you fall asleep and reduces the effects of jet lag .

Nutréov Optinuit Flash Melatonin Orodispersible tablets is formulated from melatonin and vitamin B6 . Melatonin, a sleep hormone naturally secreted in the evening, plays an important role in the immune system and helps reduce insomnia and difficulty falling asleep by improving its levels in the body. The vitamin B6 helps the body absorb the mineral magnesium that promotes sleep. Sleep disturbances can be due to a deficiency of vitamins or trace elements.

Reduction of the time to fall asleep : The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin, that is to say 1 tablet to let melt under the tongue, the evening before bedtime.

Mitigation of the effects of jet lag : The beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, i.e. 1 tablet to let melt under the tongue, just before bedtime, the 1st day of the trip and the few days following the day of arrival at destination.

Not suitable for children, adolescents still growing, pregnant or lactating women.
